I am based in North Bay, Ontario.
For custom made cushions or tote bags, customers must send me the preferred material. Materials I recommend to be sent are cotton, flannelette and fleece. I provide six letters of hand embroidery for free, however every additional letter will cost $1.25 CAD.
I work in my own home, which is a pet free space! Please notify me of any environmental allergies.
For custom made items it takes 4-6 weeks for delivery. Normal items take 3-4 weeks depending on posting method.
I ship my items with Canada Post.

Tote Bags: Wash in cold
water with mild soap. Dry
on low heat.
Cushions: To freshen; put
in dryer on low heat with
a dryer sheet. To wash; use
cold water on gentle with
mild soap. Dry on low heat.
All painted items come
pre-washed and should be
washed in cold water with
mild soap on gentle. Dry
on low heat. do NOT use
a dryer sheet
